Slipknot 03-10-2010, 06:17 PM sometimes you can find them on the who's online listing at the bottom of the main page if you don't know the exact spelling of their username. good question, John has not activated it yet for some reason Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device dahark 03-10-2010, 06:36 PM sometimes you can find them on the who's online listing at the bottom of the main page if you don't know the exact spelling of their username. good question, John has not activated it yet for some reason Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device yes I have been doin that but you have to catch them when they are on here and that can be a P.I.T.A. All other forums have it enabled?? Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device nightfighter 03-10-2010, 09:46 PM Go to Private Messages. Look in left column for Send A New Message. Click that. In recipient's name box, type what you think are the first three letters of the person's screen name. Any matches will populate for you to choose from. As to why....IDK Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device JohnR 03-12-2010, 10:05 AM yes I have been doin that but you have to catch them when they are on here and that can be a P.I.T.A. If an automated bot logs in (can happen) it can send out a bunch of spam porn to people (though some might enojy he p0rn). One easy way is when sending a new PM, in the Recipient Username's box, start typing the name and a box will popup with names starting with what you type. I may tun it back on at some point but after the next software upgrade AND I'm confident people won't get spammed. THanks!
