Good point. The water levels have been crazy. I'm just hoping I see more fish in the runs this year compared to last. I'm way past being sore about not being able to use them but every time I see one I think in my head how much nicer it would look with a nose piercing.

The Middleboro run has a few more than just the scouts. I saw a few hundred go up and the "herring constable" said they were spotted on the 11th this year.

I'm thinking numbskull is out purchasing a sand spike along with a few fish finder rigs right now...I mean hey, they predicted the world would end in 2012...first me with the plugs, then numbskull with the bait, it all adds up...:rumble:

herring runs in small creeks coming in from ocean what tide do you fish looking for stripers waiting out front.was at a run the other day and was near high but skinny water and was quite.was thinking you need like a moon tide to wade out on beach and wait for herring on flush.
