Got a knock on the door Sunday about mid day. Barley heard it.
This fella said he was a census taker, had been up on the roof, had a ladder in his truck. said something about plug counting and had to see my plugs. He looked like a nice guy and seemed to know his stuff. Creek chub (glass eyes) and Atom jr,s and stuff like that and wanted to know how many plugs stayed in my house.
Told one of the fellers about the people in the house that he could count and maybe a cat, but no one was going to look under the bed for any plugs and so after a while and a cup of coffee one of the fellers left in the truck with the ladder. The one that new about old plugs. The other feller left in a car,the one with the form and the badge. Won't have to do it again for ten years. By then I,ll have lost all the plugs fishing with old crappy mono.
Ithink the guy in the truck was Sam and the guy with the badge was Robert or somthing like that.
