My boat has been in the water for two weeks. Back in early Jan. I placed an order for line, snaps and hooks.To date nothing from the tackle shop, but reasons way the tackle is not here. So much for shopping local !!:fury:

me too man. i have some serious ocd going on. i woke up fri am at like 2 freaking out from a dream about fishing and started to get my bag together. the wifey says, "josh whata u doing theres no fish around" me, "well whata u talking about paul just called me and said they were hooking up".... :smash: :soon:

been waking up around 0120 ~ 0245, like it was my job.

prolly cuz i'm getting older and requiring less sleep, or
the jones is finally starting to kick in. either way, i figure
i'm right on schedule for the sleep depravation training portion
of winter/early Spring. lately i am embracing this time and pushing it
a little more each week with the amount of time i'll stay awake.

i haven't started getting annal with my leaders and riggies, YET, but that time is nearing,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and OH YEAH, i am definitely scanning the water, reviewing past BassLawgs, spotting the moon and its phases, filing tide times in my noggin as i pass by the shore, and the striper dreams are becoming more and more frequent,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it's still a bit early for us NShorians, but i am seriously on defcon 2, Vic.

Poor poor girl.. My son looked at me 10 mins ago... " Dad? dont you sleep??? " I do boy after the season in the winter is all I could say... been done through bags and boxes and organizing and servicing and cleaning.. OCD nooooo... not any of us.. And that wasnt paul that called it was prob me, you just dont want the wife to knwo so she doesnt start to hate me.. wait till the zombie missions start lol....

I found myself wiping down all my rods with a silcone cloth that i use for my guns. What next wax and buffing them or putting coats of rainx on them lol

no it was paul, the crazy part was i had a missed call and voice mail from him when i got up

me, i have some serious preparing to do. i have the itch big time but need to tie a ton of eel an plug leaders. way behind as usual.

still have another month of great spring skiing ahead of me before i start to fish.

I am forked. I need to get all my maintenance done :wall: -I wake up with nightmares knowing I still need to get ready

I just wake up, i have no reason it's 0230 and I'm wide awake, If i got of bed to do something rather than fight to try and sleep dreamin of fishtales past or future, maybe i'd crash at 0430. However, I get out of the wrestlin ring at 0630, and then need a gallon of coffee to get through the day.

and someone's wife would yell at me for waking them up.

Ive been getting up early, i think the day light savings thing is my trigger for fishing season. This week i plan on doing all the maintenance that needs doing.

yeah I'm in serious jonesin mode, usually I like to do a little freshwater, which I may do, but I just can't wait for the stripers this year for some reason

I haven't even put my ice fishing gear away yet!

There are fish here now... Well I am a lil nervous now after seeing you were dreaming about me.... A VS and all that skins gear I knew you were a lil "funny"....:buds:

I just can't get this one spot out of my head,,,, it just plays over and over and over,,,,,,:conf::conf::conf:

I do all my preparing the week before May1st. I like to be under pressure. Gets me prepared for the season.
