Just got 4 SW licenses, one for myself and the others for my family (who fish 1 or 2 times a year). That got me thinking about all the licensing and registration I have to do.

Freshwater license
Saltwater license
HMS (Tuna) Permit (2 vessels)
Drivers license
Boat registrations (2)
Trailer registrations (3)
Car inspections (5), my truck, wife's car, kids' cars (2), "play" car
License to Carry Firearms

If it floats, hauls, trails, fishes, or shoots...it needs a license or a registration. This is nuts.

If you have a federal HMS permit, you didn't need to register ;)

Try being a commercial fisherman... # boats 5-6 permits for one fishery then your commercial tuna permits.. Ma state permits then add in boat and vehicle reg.. and all the trip reports and what not its fun.. :wall:
