Got my computer up and thought I would post a few pics of my canal bike! I think its ready for fish! My favorite part is the fish board! I figured with the wasted space between the baskets that it would be a great place to mount a board to carry fish as opposed to in the basket from one side to the other! So after noticing the size of my sons skateboard deck was just right and I liked the flared ends I went out and picked up a new deck at a bike/board shop for $20.00!:kewl:It more evenly distributes the weight, does not take up valuable gear space in the baskets and ct as a fender to keep the rain off my back on rainy days!

Steel away Kevin! I attached it to the basket with neoprene clips I got at Lowe's. I will post a pic of them tonight! They work perfectly!

Frank....just a piece of pvc and a dowel!

They let you through the drive-thru on that? :rotf2:
Don't leave it unattended in the parking lot loaded with gear. I speak from experience. :smash:
Where are the streamers and bell?

Larry,

That bike is set up quite nicely, but, If you intend to ride with waders (or baggy pants) that bar (as it is set on all mens bikes) might not let you swing your leg over too easily. Ladies bikes with the "low bar" eliminates that scenario.

Lookin' good though.:jump1:

The more that I look at that bike, the more that I like it. I will add a "flatbed" to mine, too.

Nice ride!

Instead of a snowboard for cows, how about a sliding or folding extension?
