I dunno, i was standing on a slope
i reached down to flip an unused roof truss
not terribly heavy it seemed
to make skilsaw cuts on the reverse side
and sumthin Popped out on my Back/hip area

Painful aint the word / try excruciating
i tried rolling over a barrel ,every yoga stretch to no avail
i am F-d for awhile it seems... :hs: man this sucks...

i was already dealing with Numb hands and arms
so bad i can barely sleep 6 hours
and now this.... on top of it... :wall:
(the pleasures of moving for 50 days)

Gonna get Blasted tonight
(startin with Irish creme chased by Becks dark Beer)
then i'm goin partyin to a buddys for heavy Vodka
and medical M too- to make this PAIN go Bye Bye !
as two alieve wore off like "nuthin" *poof*

i have a large stash of codiene ,percs
and other harsh pain meds
stashed away for this RAINY day

I hate usin them bastids
but this is a horse of a different color
never did this trick before, that i can remember

i definitely won't mixem with al kee hall tho
thats a very bad thing to do... ayup

Raven dude Try laying on your back with a box under you upper legs tight to your but and with your lower legs parallel with your body. Kinda like siting in an upright chair while laying on your back. This might take the pressure off your spinal column and give you a chance to sleep.
This helped me more than a chiropractor
If this works you should be dancing on roofs

Try inversion therapy! Seems to work as I got the Teeter Hangups with the magic finger/heating pad (shoulder/neck area heated only). My mancave doesn't allow full inversion due to the ceiling height restricted but for the magic fingers/heating you only want to incline 45-60d anyway. The red glow in the picture is the IR heater.

This is not a product endorsement, just something I'm trying.

been considering that actually..... "how much"?
as all the therapists do
is gently pull the neck

The teeter.com basic version is $299. The magic finger/IR heater add another $100.

Rav, you need to get one of those futuristic whole body football
pads. Ya just get in and inflate it, never to get injured again. :D

Something like the "bubble boy" had, only tightly wrapped. :hihi:
