If Kagan makes the cut, the court with be without a Protestant for the 1st time ever (all 9 members would be either of the Catholic or Jewish persuasion)?

I think the court should be mad up of all agnostics/atheists: isn't there supposed to be separation of church and state?

It's either a Catholic or Jewish conspiracy. I'm not sure which, but I'm pretty sure they're not in it together.

There is not a requirement for seperation of church & state in selecting or confirming a USSC Justice.
In fact, "seperation of church & state" isn't in the US Constitution.
