Purchased a pair of these pipe trailer lights to see if I can last the entire season without replacing or repairing them. Two trips and so far so good. Wired all the connections up at the front of the trailer so no cut wires are ever exposed to the salt water. Lets hope they work, the old stuff that goes in the water usually never lasts more than half a season. They also have the regular lights for 35 bucks for the pair as well rather than the led model.

ok 6 trips in my buddy Joe and I have the same lights new on our boats. His are holding up fine, mine however the cap fell off the top of the lights so i had to buy a new 2 inch cap at home depot and install and skrew it down this time. My light also fell off the post as the screw at the bottom of light broke off so the light was hanging by the wires on my way home from the ramp on saturday. I also put electrical tape on the lights on the tops and bottom as the plastic seems brittle and dont want any more of the screws to break off as the guide posts shake while driving down the highway. The trailer light gods are laughing at me :smash:
