Hi all... Nice to meet everyone... I will be on The Cape next week. YAAAAAY ! !... Staying in Orleans near Town Cove. Our 20 yr Anniversary and vacation. My lovely wife says I can fish early IF... I return with coffee and breakfast... DEAL!!!!.... I'm an early riser, so most times I sit around and try (poorly) not to make noise in the room... So I'm better off letting her sleep. I can be at Rock Harbor in minutes. Any fish being caught there off the jetty? High tide I am assuming is best?? Had a back injury recently and likely can't slog the sand at Nauset. Any other relatively accessable spots to throw lures or maybe some bait?? Years past I would have hit back beaches hard... getting older I suppose. Any help would be greatly appreciated. tjd

TJD - Welcome to S-B.

Haven't fished the Jetty so can't say but there will be fish in the area. Sunrise is real early and false dawn is even earlier. Plenty of time to fish before the bride wakes up.

Rock harbor is nearly dry at low, so I would think Hi is your only option there. Perhaps the Sesuit Harbor jetties in Dennis... Ask at Goose Hummock right near you they can give you the info...

Thanks everyone... Will indeed "check-in" at "The Goose". It's become part of the ritual.... What a great shop.

go to blackbeards, a real fishin shop, not some outfitter shop, if it swims or walks paul's probly caught it.
