Still alive with large scup and black sea bass. Was live lining some scup for any wayward stripers but only blues managed to swim by and chomp, chomp, chomp.....
This type fishing is perfect to teach kids...almost constant action on light tackle. Fishing is only in 20-30ft water.

Your right on with the kids, its my 10 year olds son favorite fishing of all. We are dying to get out and with baseball ending in 2 weeks it won't be much longer.

Same with my kids, baseball and lacrosse done in 2 weeks and the boat goes in next Friday. No fluke or seabass will be safe in BB.
Can't wait !!

I coach a U15 team in Littleton, we are in the Patriot Youth Lacrosse League.
Great game, I wish I had played when I was back in school.

Fishin as slowed down a bit at CL, Even though it slowed a bit the scup fishin has been hot some to 3 1/2. My son and Pop's smoked me this year.
