In the last couple of years I have received, from JR at least once and just in the last couple of weeks from #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&, messages saying that I may have a virus of some sorts. I have tried Norton, Prevyx, Maleware, and now Cyberdefender to no avail.

I keep getting returned mail that I never sent. These are the messages that #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& put me on block for. And the reason I keep getting the returned mail is because other peoples servers wont allow the messages to penetrate their firewalls. I deleted AOL ad reinstalled it, but it still is occuring. I just set my mail on a setting that allows only AOL mail trough to my computor.

How do I attack this cookie or trojan or whatever it is and get it out of my computor? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

just change your email address

by one character subtracted or added either way

then it's a brand new email

copy your contact list to a word document
for future reference

then , end the OLD email addy
or the use of it

open a Gmail account and QUIT USIN FREAKIN AOL
