The ones off of Hampton etc were Basking. Not sure about the trap, but would think more predatory.

Taken from the projo June 11 fishing report

"A 10-foot-long white shark was spotted along the beaches this week" said Ron Mouchon of Breachway Bait & Tackle

enough for me, no windsurfing the open ocean for a while....

I wish a few of them would make the trip over to block. The place was loaded with seals the last few days.

I know for a fact that every day when a local boat goes to their fish trap there are more than many of more than many different varieties of sharks in the traps and the trap are not more than 500 yrds off of a very popular beach\ fishing area.
