This is our family house in RI. We have never rented it out and this is the first year we have decided to do weekly rentals. We just do not use it as much as we used to. It is about 5 minutes from the breachway and is very comfortable. Great place to take the family and then go fishing at night! I can answer any questions about the house but my oldest daughter is handling all the financial details.
