listened to the whole thing on 16 this morning. at first it sounded like a small boat then the cg said "confirming 168 passengers" thats when I turned the volume up.

They were able to keep up with the water while they waited.

Someone who was on the ship said the captain was trying to give a wide berth to a tanker when they ran aground.

I heard the whole thing go down on the VHF......I think the coasties were a little shocked when they asked how many people on board and the response was like "168" or something.........
