How far does one have to travel East Northeast from Plymouth or Scituate to find whales? Are there any even still in the bay?

i think noaa has a map of where they are. last time i was out there were a bunch hanging around middle bank area

Saw a big girl about 2.5 miles off of Scituate at the beginning of this week. First time I have seen one that close. A buddy of mine went to the south west corner of the bank last Saturday and saw a bunch of them.
