YES. only one good thing. last season I watched guys dragging stripers on a line behind there boat. till they caught another one bigger. NOT this season. no more GULLING.
that should help some.

Is that what they were doing? I just assumed they did not have a cooler. There will be no Hi-grading allowed at the canal this coming year also. Is gulling a new law?

Never heard the term "gulling" before but it sounds like the Hi-Grading that has been made illegal since regulations made last year if I remember right...
