If I'm not mistaken, today appears to be the deadline for any diplomatic means of averting a war with Iraq.

After today, anything goes.

Say a prayer.

Yes... Also if you can, try to get involved in support some way of the families of your local National Guard units that are deployed

Stand behind your President and Military, not against them!!! It's time to clean up the mess which was left over from????

Well… I hope I don't catch a lot of cr@p for this but… Yes, I will stand behind our military, as they just take orders. However, I don't think it is our place to "police the world" and, as a result, I do not agree with Mr. Bush.

May God bless those that are put in harms way while "those" making the decisions are trotting around their farm - if you know what I mean.

Of course, this is just my .02.

Maybe we should all just hold hands and sing campfire songs, and the evil terrorist and their supporters will just leave us alone.

Facts are the USA has been attacked several times in the past 10-12 years and will be attacked again in the future if we do not put an end to them first.

If anyone in this room doubts that Mr. Hussein would gladly deliver his chemical agents to any terror cell requesting them, better think again!

Sorry on going off.........:smash:

179,

I agree that we should take action against those that attack us. However, Saddam can't reach us with his weapons and, if he tried so send them to a cell that could, we should be on top of that and handle that situation.

I think that instead of going after Saddam, we should finish the job we started with al-Qaida!

Then, although I would still disagree, George can go back and give Daddy his "present" by finishing the work his old man dropped the ball on the first time around! Well, you know what they say, like father like son! ;)

Nothin' like a spirited debate!

"if he tried so send them to a cell that could, we should be on top of that and handle that situation. "

Rob - I agree with some of your feelings but it's something that needs to be done. It would be so pittifully easy to use those weapons to commit an attack on this country. Even with all of the new security measures in place...

If I recall we are still in a war with Al-Qaida, and have several major arrest in the past few weeks, and as of today have prevented any further attacks on us which were planned???

Which is more than what was done in Billy boys 8-years in office...after numerous attacks. But then again he was a little preoccupied by someone or something....LOL

We all have our opinions. I side with George W. But I understand others don't. Most important now is that we ALL show support for the children of mothers and fathers that are over there.Even in the best scenario not all will return. May God bless our troops.:)

Whether we support or don't support the war

Remember those guys are risking their lives for us.

Ya don't have to say a prayer for the war, just the troops

Listen up guys and gals,

We all agree war is a bad thing. We all agree we should defend this country agressively. We all agree those wearing the uniform of the us need our support.

We all agree Fishing is awesome. Let's keep this site on fishing. It would stink to see this debate get out of hand.
