Blame you parents (or grandparents) not for being 34 but having HBP and hyperT....it is in the genes (not jeans).....Have a HBD anyways.

High bp and hypertension are the same thing so you've only got one problem. See, things are looking better already. HBD.

At 34, if you're hypertensive already, you really need to see your doctor and start addressing it, if you haven't done that yet.

I've never met you, but if you're overweight, losing some weight and reducing your sodium intake would be a good start until you can get an appointment.

It's a serious health issue.

34....hmmmmm .... that was 15 years ago!
My only advice is fish alot, drink less, laugh more, and ignore the idiots in your life (the can suck the life out of a rock!).

I was 34 ...25 years ago. If you're hypertensive now you'd best work on it. You're mortal. Enjoy your life and what and who you love bud, life hangs by a slender thread. May you have many more healthy birthdays.

Thanks guys.I am working on it(blood pressure). It is truly genetic.Had a minor stroke before I hit 20.This cold is bringing me down.Went out to BI last weekend and hit some good bass to 30#s.Couldn't ask for more.MikeP we haven't met yet but I'm as thin as I can get.5'11 190 to 200 depending on the week and the last time I went to the bathroom.Somebody remind me next year when Portly angler 2011 comes around.I was in it in 09.Thanks again guys.

Happy Birthday ADAM !
lisinopril 20-25 milligrams works well

i also use "pressure low" ........an herbal supplement
that does the same thing...........

i used to get boody nose allot until i started taking those..
and diddo on the salt intake

it's one of the cheapest ingredients on the planet
to make a dish (food) have "taste" so it's over used
check them labels for SODIUM
