What weather were you looking at? :smash: nightfighter 09-21-2010, 08:49 AM Got blown off the rock at the Castle three hours before high.... Tried the beach, but too many big boulders in the wash were going to break an ankle. BigFish 09-21-2010, 09:04 AM Dude, there were high surf advisories for the Northeast last night. What weather were you looking at? :smash: Took the words right out of my mouth! Clogston29 09-21-2010, 09:45 AM gotta stop using the boat and beach forecast on weather.com use noaa near coast forecasts. last night was forecast at 4-7 ft seas with gusts to 20 kt out of the NW. if you went were i think you did, you f'n nuts. don't even consider going there if the forecast calls for anything more than 2-3 ft'ers. Back Beach 09-21-2010, 09:57 AM No surf where I was last night and the ZZZ's were endless...
