Yep , its at second beach way down towards Sachuest Point Park. You can tell exactly where by the beginning of the old curbs that start to form the rip rap along the road and go all the way to the park entrance where the beach curves out towards the point. there's old curbs and sidewalk chunks etc , mostly made of concrete , not stone. The dead give away happens as soon as the commercial starts where they give you the long range panaramic view of second beach then focus in on the car pulled over down closer to the entrance to the park.
