First time I sent Registration Renewal on my truck back to MV on the puter.
Supposed to be easy right.

Well, they ask for all this extra info you have to look up that you don't
have to provide on the mail back form.

Get to the end of the .com form and they want to charge an extra $2
as a convenience fee!!! :smash: Convenience for who, not me.
I thought government computerized records were supposed to save us $$.

I deleted everything ,wrote a check minus the $2 and sent it in
for 42 cents. Convenience my arse.

Computers are supposed to save us time and Money

you cannot simply SWITCH to SNAIL MAIL AND BUCK the system

you have allot of NERVE Dave
..... trashing the computer AGE like that

for a measly 2 dollars that won't even buy you a large coffee at
Dunkin Doughnuts....:rollem:

besides,

the state of New Jersey
needs every PENNY they can swindle you out of
heh heh heh ....

MASS charged extra last year, now I think they have just hidden the extra charge into the standard fee (of course they raised the standard fee), as I was one of many that noticed and complained last year.:wall:

Probably got the idea from Ticketmaster.

I guess one could ask if it really was convenient?

If so the computer system has to be paid for somehow doesn't it? It might make sense that those who choose to benefit from this convenience are able to contribute to it's existence.

Otherwise, how would the government pay for it?

Actually they paid twice for that system and it still is crap.

Anything related to the DMV isn't usually noted for efficiency...or pleasure.
