I have hunted and hunted to no avail and I cannot locate the web site on which I purchased my other four ball rasps. Thelargest I have is 5/8" in diameter and I want a 1" diameter rasp, maybe even 1 1/8" rasp. The ones I purchsed before have tru cut on the outside of the plastic cylinder they came in. I am very happy with these and would like to find that company again, but I am not sure if that is the company name. Help..........

I'm all set, ordered one from Kudzall. I am not sure if it is the same manufacturer or not but as long as its metal I think it will work fine.

Kutzall are cemented carbide balls. Not like the couble cut ball rasps at all.

Not new.... It has been there as long as I can remember. Its tough going there, I can't stay focused... I try to take a set amount of $ so I don't drain my account!

Kutzall bits rule. FYI I found it easier to use them if I use a forstner bit first. Make a shallow cut with the forstner and the kutzall follows nicely. Woodcraft sells the kutzall bits I think the parent company name is Oliver corp? Which ever bit you use be on your toes they make quick work of your hands

kutzalls are great, but they are a pain the butt to clean them out. Best way I've found is to burn off the wood debris. Wire brush afterwards.

Good call on starting with the Forstener bit...that way the kutzall doesn't stray off and gouge out the popper mouth.

I use a 1" Kutzal from Woodcraft and clean it up with a 3/4" ball rasp from Cutters and Endmills - Rotary Files & Burrs - FaberSurplus (http://www.aircrafttoolsurplus.com/categories/Cutters-and-Endmills/Rotary-Files-%26-Burrs/?sort=featured&page=2) to clean up the cut. Two steps but pretty fast to do.
