ever since i signed up i have to call every month to get my bill corrected. get bills for over $200 when i'm locked into the 99 dollar triple bundle. can't wait to switch back to comcast. just payed last months bill, and this time they tacked on last month and the upcoming month on the bill i got today. retards

I gotta say, I hated crapcast, there was always problems with the box, the signal etc. So far in 3 years we have been very happy with the fios bundle. I guess it just depends, either way its good to have some competition as for a while all you could get was one - basically a monopoly. As it is, its wicked expensive for a bunch of channels I never watch - even without premiums.

Crap union call center and terrible workflows and systems. Just be glad you don't have a bundle with Direct Tv. It's fine until you try and make any type of change. I'm so relieved to have Comcast at a decent rate. Personally I couldn't be any happier with the service I've had with my Verizon cell. I don't get why they can do that so well and be so horrible with cable services.

We switched and had a nightmare with them. We lost our phone numbers for 3 weeks because they screwed up the install and sent numbers back to Comcast. I have a home office and had no work phone or house phone the whole time. My wife spent over 6 hours on the phone with them over the 3 weeks. We got a hold of the CEO's email address. One email and within 2 days, everything was fixed, people calling us out of the woodwork to make sure everything was Ok and they gave us 4 free months and a $200 Visa gift card. My wife is travelling but I'll get you the COE's email address tomorrow.
