I am in the business and it makes my head hurt. Although I have had title issues that resemble that chart. The stuff nightmares are made of.

they defied the government without ANY penalties

the government lent the lending institutions money
to lend to home owners
and they JUST sat on it .........collecting the interest
then gave it back.

so in a nut shell, they SUCK !

they sat on it because they were all insolvent. You have to have a certain percentage of something to back up all the money you give out to people.

They shouldn't be allowed to do that though. I believe that all can be traced back to the gold to paper conversion.
