If you are into Bruce Springsteen I would strongly recommend the getting the Darkness reissue with the dvds. There are three dvds, one with the current band playing the entire album in Asbury Park live but with no audience. There is also about four hours of the band playing back in 1977-78 including an entire show from Houston that is incredible. I believe that 75-78 was the highest period of this great band and the Houston show imho proves it. Finally, there is a dvd about making the record which gives pretty good insight into the struggles and tedium involved in trying to get what is in your head down on a record.

I am going to buy it. That album has many memories attached to it for me. I saw that tour at the Music Hall a couple days before the album released.....:grins:
