So had these bodies kicking around since the spring and finally got around to painting and epoxying them. These are pvc plugs, probably some of the last ones Ill be doing in that material.

Based on a conrad style body with goo goo lips, swims down quick to about 4 to 6 feet, more in heavy current.

Weight is around 3 oz.

Most of them got some sort of crackle finish.

The black and green swirled one was done by spraying heavy coats of black and flo green and swirling them together with a piece of packaging foam.

Nice stuff (that black/green crinkle paint is awesome)......time for a new john boat, however.

Thanks.

That john boat is my dads and is 14 years old, and gets a ton of use. The thing has seen better days, hopefully if the new job goes good he'll be getting a new one for fathers day.

Yeah I made some big darters last season, I'll dig up some pics. They were pretty big, 3.5 oz and real wide, my buddy did real good on a blurple one this season.

Doing a copy of the three hook Gibbs version for dz and plugfest.
