seems to me that a CHRISTMAS crime should require harsher penalties
like DOUBLE !!!!
same as speeding in a construction ZONE on the highway

Already had a couple of X-Mas trees stolen from our Boy Scout tree lot.....who the hell steals from Boy Scouts?
