Don't bother unless you plan on racing your ice fishing sled in the Olympics downhill.

Go to a ski shop
Though I would try ironing on some candle wax, just don't use your wifes iron.

Ironing candle wax will work just make sure to scrape off the excess. No sure waxing makes much of a difference on an icefishing sled.

wax helps a little to keep the snow from sticking, but , the problem with ice fishing sleds is... that one tend to drag them over any and all surfaces... which tends to include hot top and gravel.. thus rubbing off the wax.. if the snow is extremly stickey, i'll shoot a little silcone spray on the front slope of the sled.. other than that.. hardly worth the effort..

Ditto on the PAM..You can also use it to keep ice from building up on stuff. Cyclocross bike racers use it on their drivetrains and frames. It will shed mud and slush nicely and is pretty benign...
