Man oh MAN ,,,,if i wasn't such a civilized human Being
WELL I TRY TO BE ANYWAY...i do have Barbaric BLOOD in my veins

I woulda got out and BEAT HIM senseless.....

it was practically a white out here in my area
getting more slippery by the minute

I got stuck in my driveway just trying to turn around

AND THIS Moron is out JOGGING :hs: ...as if i didn't have
Enough things to look out for...

HE should be arrested for endangering himself and the public.

it's comparable to smearing oneself with Blood and swimming
in Shark infested waters because you saw it done on Youtube
and it's the latest extreme sport.

The entire BHS cross country team jogs down Belmont Ave at rush hour. Now Belmont is 4 narrow lanes normally and now 4 VERY narrow lanes. One of them is definitely going to get picked off! By a passenger side rear view truck mirror....

So there I was, jogging in the snow this morning, not too bad, not too heavy when there's this jackass stuck in his driveway trying to get out.

Maybe if he tossed some sand under his tires he wouldn't be stuck!

LOL!

So here I am, jogging at night, in the middle of a blizzaed, dressed all in black, and some idiot runs me over while "I" am jogging in the middle of "MY" street! How dare that person drive while I am jogging!

So there I was, crawling along in a blizzard, at night, when some idiot decides that the middle of the lane is the perfect place to jog while wearing black running clothes. Due to the wintery conditions, I wasn't able to avoid running into him AFTER he stopped to tie his shoe IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD!

To POV from the same fictional event. (Or is it?)

If it's too dangerous to jog, then it's too dangerous for you to be out driving.

While I've done both I can honestly say most joggers and bikers
think they're invincible.

Nothing ticks me off more then 50 bikers riding double on the
road or any jogger running at night without full reflective gear. :smash:

thanks for the DEFENSE SLIPKNOT

JUST BECAUSE HE'S SKINNIER
(if he turned sideways he'd virtually vanish)
than a bean pole and obviously addicted to
the release of endorphin's to mask the pain

doesn't give him the right to slip underneath my car
and get mangled to death forcing me either off the road
into a TREE or guilty of involuntary manslaughter or
maybe it's vehicular manslaughter is my point

even though technically he has the right of way...
walking yes...no problem, Jogging on dry "safe roads"
no problem, but jogging downhill in 3 inches of fresh snow
i think is absolutely JUST asking for it...

same As what Phil Buzby was alluding to...

a guy died on that road in DECEMBER
its a very Dangerous road as it is

The cow paths that pass for roads in old town Marblehead are enough of a challenge without any snow. Usually I am pretty calm with traffic. Today.... cars parked on both sides of the street, some half way out in the remaining half a lane. And this woman is jogging almost down the middle of Atlantic Ave in the business district! Traffic behind her could go only as fast as she jogged, and traffic facing her, where I was, was stopped, for her! Close to half a mile! " Get a effing treadmill!" I yelled to her as she passed my truck.... That would be my "lettered" truck, with name and phone number listed quite prominantly.....:smash:

Sucks running this time of year as they do a poor job of clearing the shoulder. If I have to run on the roadway I try to stick to the neighborhoods where you won't obstruct.

Running while its snowing is very dangerous. Not just the traction but joggers are a lot harder to see than cars.

I knew a guy killed when he was hit by a plow running in the snow.
