Who watched the first minute (or 4 seconds) of the game last night? 3 seprate fights and only 4 seconds off the clock. This game could define their playoff run. First fight was before the puck was dropped. Campbell got his a$$ kicked, blood all over his face. They drop the puck again and off the face off, Thornton says not in my house and beats the p$$ out of Barch. Next faceoff, McQuaid beats the bag out of Sutherby. What does that do? The Bruins go out after this and score 2 quick goals in the first minute & 20 seconds and 4 in the 1st period to go on the beat a very good team. After Campbell got it good, they responded, like they haven't responded before and that is why I think this game will push this team over the edge. Later, Paille got a match penalty for a hit to the head which he will get suspended for and Chara for a 10 minute misconduct as well. If you missed it, here are the first 3 fights in the first 4 seconds of the game. Good old time hockey................

I couldn't find the Ferrence/Burish fight separate on Youtube? That was great, too because Ferrence isn't really considered a fighter but pounded him for taking a shot on Rask well after the whistle.

Maybe I am just being a homer but it seems to me that the B's win the majority of the fights. A lot of that is Thorton but McQuaid is a crafty fighter and Cambell (despite last nights loss) is simply not afraid to drop the gloves.

McQuaid surprises me every time when he drops the gloves.

Thorton on the other hand can cause some damage. He's been in enough fights to know exactly what to do. Pay attention to the jabs and uppercuts when he can't get a clean bunch.

Almost stayed at the garage to finish working on some stuff and planned on getting home late in the first. Glad I didn't.
