I saw a boat a couple of slips over from me that had these rubber "rings" on the bimini poles that would keep the poles from touching and wearing and banging while underway.
Mine are wearing on one side from years of rubbing against the fittings.

I looked everywhere online and can't seem to find them. They were not like a chunk of tubing, they were thick wall like a donut and could move on the pole if you wanted to reposition them.

Anyone seen these?

I've seen them Van. Don't know where they bought them though. Couldn't you just use some foam pipe insulation?

Dunno if this is the same idea...I cut about 6 to 8" piece of a foam "noodle" from the pool and in a color to match my Bimini. Cut a slice the long way just like pipe insulation mentioned above. Cost a dollar or two from wally world or Job Lot.

I think foam will get ripped up quickly.
Doesn't the sun dry it out too?

The ones I saw will last for years.

Yes, the foam dries out after awhile and then sometimes sheds. Sometimes gets blown away if I forget to take them off and throw them in the console when the top is open. But $1.99 for a 6' foam noodle leaves me LOTS of cheap spares! And it was an old one from the pool anyway...
