Two swivel wheels and two fixed, with pull rope. Good for flea markets or whatever. Made of 3/4" plywood. with 3-4" sides all around. Wheels are 3" diam black, probably good for 150 lbs each. All like new. I bought a diamond plate cart right after I made this and went with that. I'll never use it.

But i have a MASSIVE one already that's round industrial plastic on four 6 inch heavy duty swivel wheels and it's an extremely Handy thing to have around.... for sure...
