I waited for 45 minutes to bring my truck to the loading ramp, walked in, got one cart with TV and stuff on it, went back for other and someone had moved all of my stuff from the 2nd cart onto the ground, in the same place, and took my %^#& cart.

I think the RISAA guys did a pretty good job - just wish I could find one or two senior guys as this was happening. Apparently, RICC cleaning crew was going around with same/similar carts and moving stuff around. Not sure if that is related to my cart or not. Ironic thing is I still have to pu the cardboard for the new cart in the recycle bin.

That sucked, I should have stayed
