Are you talking about hook hangers or hangers to hold the plugs while you work on them?

OK then, I'll try to answer your question. It seems very, very basic....so basic it is easy to imagine you have not seen a saltwater plug. Presumably you have, so most likely you are aware that 90 % of plugs use a belly hole, grommet, through wire, and swivel. Another 5% use screw eyes. That leaves the remaining 5% that use sealed wires or wire hangers. I'll assume that is what you are asking about.

Plugs using a through wire with wire hangers connect the hook with a piece of wire that is bent into an elongated U and then the top end of each limb of the U is bent back down like a hook to hang over the wire. The hole is then usually filled with Plumbers epoxy.

A neat alternate way to do it is Frech's system (and old LI plugbuilder). Drill a 1/4 " hole about 1/2 " deep, put a medium sized brass sinker eye in it, and fill with 2-ton epoxy.

What's a sinker eye, and won't saltwater effect brass. Also I read about people using .045 welding wire, I for one can't find it anywhere and I've ordered so much stuff online that I'm acually tired of ordering LOL

Try a welding supply shop and ask for TIG 308L wire

Brass is fine in saltwater.

Cool thanks a lot, also heard ss safety wire or lock wire and put a wall hook in a drill, make your loop, put loop on hook, then use pair of vise grips on unlooped end. I'll post pics of finished product later tonight.
