I was thinking of that ;)

One year I joking said I'd given up and was going to sell / close the site. I started getting offers from others on the web ;)

every request you make in not guaranteed to take the same route the sb servers. doing a tracert from your machine command line at different times shows different routes, the internet is huge and the DNS updates can take up to 48 hours or more to propagate.

We're lucky to have this free place to hang out.

the road to sb.com is checkered with cached DNS resolutions that are wrong. Should clear up before it snows on Tuesday

Hit SHIFT and F5 at the same time in FireFox, will reload, no cache (usually used for other fixes but one never knows )

you can also open a CMD promt: Start, RUN type in CMD, black DOS box opens, type without quotes "ipconfig /flushdns" . This on't do anything if your DNS provider has cached the IP but if your PC is using local cash it may

Can log on with my phone but home computers come up "domain parked"

I thought the site had been hijacked. Was sending the Bossman emails saying that I was running Malware scans, virus scans, checking registry levels and....poof, the site came back up.

Bookmark will not do it. I went into the internet tools and security and listed www.domain (whatever) registry as a site to block and it cleared up any problems.
