Good stuff! This is impossible, butttttttttt I'm goin with Dogfish 60 ipa richardj 04-08-2011, 11:07 AM Ipswich Dark Ale fishbones 04-08-2011, 11:31 AM Nugget Nectar just a great overall beer I really like the Nugget Nectar. I've been picking some up the last few times I've bought beer. For the one and only for the rest of my life, it would be tough. I would have to choose either Sam Octoberfest or the original Long Trail Ale. There are other beers that I really love, but couldn't see myself drinking them all the time. PRBuzz 04-08-2011, 11:37 AM Guinness (If all my pints were Black&Tan then Guinness/Sam Lager) Piscator 04-08-2011, 12:46 PM Shipyard Pumpkin Ale O.D. I can't afford to buy six pax.Save too much buying the case. But what if you had to choose 1. luds 04-11-2011, 06:48 PM I've come back to this thread several times and can't truly pick one but each time I think of Goose Island IPA so I guess that would be my best pick. The Dad Fisherman 04-12-2011, 05:13 AM I can't afford to buy six pax.Save too much buying the case. Not a Problem when your wife works at a Liqour Store :hee:....can you say "Employee Discount" JackK 04-12-2011, 08:07 AM Simple for me- perfect blend of refreshment, flavor and nostalgia- Yuengling. Green bottles or on tap. luds 04-12-2011, 01:57 PM Simple for me- perfect blend of refreshment, flavor and nostalgia- Yuengling. Green bottles or on tap. Yuengling!!!!!! Really?????? I only drink that stuff when it's open bar for beer and wine. For some reason that's all they seem to have at wedding establishments in the PA area. I always seem to be hit with Yeungling revenge the next day and I'm not talking about a hangover. JackK 04-12-2011, 02:26 PM Ouch! :biglaugh: Us locals must develop an immunity to it early. For me it's almost a comfort thing- I grew up with it, first beer I sneaked from the 'rents, was always present at all of the HS parties, etc etc. I never even had Busch or Bud Light until I hit college. Sure, there are other beers I enjoy more- off the top of my head Southern Tier Gemini and Hitachino Nest come to mind- but I don't think I'd like them quite as much if I had them all the time. JohnnySaxatilis 04-12-2011, 03:57 PM There are many versions of Harpoon's UFO. I had him ship back 6 bottles and two glasses.. JoeBass 04-19-2011, 10:57 AM Plain old Long Trail Ale. Mike P 04-28-2011, 03:08 PM I'd choose Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. To me, it's a good year-round beer. Saltheart 04-30-2011, 06:32 PM My own homebrewed Robust Porter. I once entered it into a beer contest with 12 judges, each could award ten points. I got a total score of 119!! Could never fingure out why that one judge rated it 9 instead of a unanimous 10. For store bought if I had to live with just 1 i might choose Newcasle Nut Brown Ale but I would really have to think about it. I like IPA and I like Belgians Like Chimay. Hummm , Trouble is I like so many! :) rphud 04-30-2011, 07:44 PM Choose Chimay!
