Hey guys,I don't post much but have become very aware of the help and consideration by most of you to help out your brother angler. That's a great thing, keep it up.I experienced this for myself as i was able to obtain a couple of eel jugs from one of the caring members here. Thanks Chris. These kind of jestures are of a quality person.I just want to thank all of you for the great info i've obtained here and much more. This site is in my opinion is run also by a real level headed concerned person with everyone here in mind.Ya can't ask for any more than that.Got a great thing going here, keep it up.Thanks John. With that being said i hope everyone has a safe season. The rest is up to you.Tight Lines Doug

You're welcome Doug, glad I could help.

You are 100% right about this site and the people on it.

People have gone out of there way to help me and others on this site.

Thanks to everyone I've done trades with!! I have gotten my hands on a lot of nice stuff for some plugs.

Everyone I've meet in person doing trades or plugfest have been top notch.

This site is drama free!!

Lots of great useful information, pics, stories and suggestions.

It's nice to know that there's a group of people out there still willing to help each other in this day and age.

I,ll agree . that this site . is made up of a bunch of great caring fisherman & woman ;
I have seen & felt more kindess & warmth from many on this site .More than you would believe .
I can,t thank John R enough/ for without him , none of this would have been possible .

In the 11 years I,ve been on this site .there is no way I could or would know all the acts of kindess that have been expressed here .
Some are board wide .. fundraiser for one in need / etc or bunches of one on one deals .. where one helps another
on this site with no fan fare .

I d
also like to thank the great [people] that have touched my life thru this site . I,ve has a chance to fish with some great people & have had great times .
IF I lived to 555 Y/O,s I,ll always cherish the 1st two trips for me to Cutty . that came about @ a time I needed it the most & with the best bunch on guys I,ve even had the pleasure of spending a couple of weekends with .

I hope all the newbies have the same great experiences & friendships that I have been fortunite enough to enjoy from & with members on this site .
The best part is the many have gone way past the fishing experience . I have made bonds here that if someone had told me ... what was going to happening over the time .........I would have had to say B/s . no f #$%^&*( way .
Glad to say I would have been wrong/wrong wrong .

I hope you all enjoy these times / nothing lasts forever /

AS always ;ENJOY WHAT YOU HAVE >>>>>I DO

Chris, I think it was 94 or 95 right at the start of the comm season. I was fishing with George at the Second Rip and put back a fish that I thought was a bit too small, maybe 33 or 33 1/2. Well, about 10 minutes later the fish comes in belly up. George grabs the fish and says, "You just put this fish back?" I said yup, too small. George looks at me, hands me a plug and says "I'll stretch it".

If I was bait fishing two rods and one went off, If he was closer he would jump on it and say " I know you wouldn't mind ".

He was right. He was after all the Speaker of the beach.
