I would drop it in some boiling water for about 2-3 minutes and then into an ice bath. Then I would roll them in some nice olive oil and sprinkle on some Montreal steak seasoning and then on a nice hot grill. Make some nice grill marks on two sides and it is awesome! InTheHole 05-03-2011, 03:20 PM Wrap a piece or 2 of prosciutto around each 1 and secure with a toothpick, lightly drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, grill until the prosciutto just starts to get crispy.
