Looking to buy, trade, or ho a hand well pump. Will recon to make work. Need to pump out my shallow well that I haven't used for two maybe three years. Want to manually pump out any gravel that has settled back in the pit, so I don't ruin the $99.00 3/4 HP Harbor Freight well pump I am going to order.

Here's one that I used 25yrs ago on my shallow and since it has been a garden ornament. Mechanically seems OK but will need seals to be reconditioned.

If you can't get any other offers you are welcome to this one....ho ho ho

Ya, I have seen those before. Three or four layers of leather glued or stitched together. I am hoping the threaded long bolt will accept a plastic one if I cn get one. Maybe from Sears on-line or something. Must be able to buy parts for them. This is cool, new adventure. Raised beds are looking good. Planting potatos probably Thursday sometime. I have some gorgeous looking giant pumpkin pants growing. Those spaces where I plant them will use up the rest of my ten year old compost pile I broke into a few weeks ago.
