Got this tiny little thing for Christmas... what's the best way to load lots of music without paying a buck a song via Itunes? I thought there was a way to load thousands of tunes...... Thanks... I'm techno challenged here....

EZ HI-Q RECORDER

will record anything on your sound bus to a mp3

there's all kinds of streaming radio stuff out there.

I have downloaded most of my CD's onto my computer and I make a playlist on iTunes and then download it to the Nano

Also, there is a program that allows you to grab music off of other people's iPods. ;)

I've put all my cd's in my computer in my ITunes library and I've also added to my collection through music cd's that you get on loan from the library. They have a huge collection of every kind of music you can think of. If the branch you go to doesn't have what you are looking for, you request it, and when it comes in that branch gets to hold on to it until another branch requests it. It's a win for the branch because they build up their collection as well and a win for me because there are hundreds of songs I've gotten from an album where I might only want 2-3 songs not the whole thing. I've also filled up several other peoples IPods from my library. Only problem with that is that my songs that go on someone else's IPod don't go in their ITunes library.

Movies too.....I'm always ordering Movies/Music/Books right on their website....when they come in I get an e-mail and go pick them up.
