Gamakatsu SC17 Tarpon Hooks - 2/0 (http://www.edgeangling.com/Gamakatsu-SC17-Tarpon-Hooks-2_0.html)

I was looking at these hooks as they are close to a hook that i was using on some flies i bought off of ebay. They are similar to hooks used for drop shotting/whacky rigging senkos for freshwater. Any input on these hooks or suggestions on another short shank/wide gap saltwater worthy hook for teasers/flies?

Go with the SC 15s that's on the same page. Search Yahoo for Gamakatsu SC 15 100 count to find a couple of places that sell them in boxes of 100 for about $40.

Rob,
Try these Mustad CS68S: Cs68s (http://www.edgeangling.com/search/?query=cs68s)

I've been using them for two years on Redgill teasers.

Stong hook, stainless, haven't had one fail yet.

Thanks Dennis,
That should fit the bill nicely. And not too expensive. Ive had a few other mustads bent out on red gills over the years. The standard recommended model used for red gills. These look great. Thanks for the recommendations.
