View Full Version : BREAST PUMP

spence 07-07-2011, 07:40 PM Yea, you know what I'm talking about :hihi:

Seriously, if anyone is expecting or just had...have a top of the line unit I'll sell well below ebay price for anyone here. Say 40 bucks?

If you're interested I'll send details...and Nebe, no that doesn't count as "expecting".

It's a Medela swing. Includes the starter kit with a lot of bottles. Bought just last year and used for one babies worth of pumping. Everything is in perfect shape.

JohnR 07-08-2011, 11:27 AM Has been used twice.

Is it the single or double barrel unit?

Seriously, it is a bit awkward but anything that frees up the wife's time & sanity is worthy. Us guys really have it easy compared to them.

I wouldn't say it's about time as much as it is about health. The benefits of breast feeding are well documented but many women still choose to use formula because they don't understand the negatives.

They just changed the law and now pumps can be paid for using tax exempt health savings accounts...

Plus, there's nothing sexier than watching your wife hook one of those things up to her boob and pump while watching tv, which has to be on super high volume due to the loud noise it makes.

I think we still have a pump in the attic and my kid's 6 years old. Maybe I'll try to convert it into one of those male enhancement gadgets (not that I need that).:devil2:

Chef, you won't find a better deal. All the parts that touch people are easily (and already have been) sanitized.

Sea Dangles 07-08-2011, 04:39 PM Does it come with an adaptor?
Will you let Chef blacklight the equipment?
I'm interested spence. I have some faucet screen I can stuff Into a small maglight frame.. Then I can attach the maglight to the pump's tube. I have my old led Zeppelin and pink plots 8 track machine I can hook up to it and a f-14 fighter helmet to pipe it all into. Yeah. Raven you dig?
