I have taken to substituting Burton Baton for Noble Pils, especially since they shut down the Noble Pils for the summer. I like it, but I wouldn't say it scores too much for "balance". If I am in the mood for very hoppy goodness it is one of my preferences though. I would be interested to hear your thoughts.
