View Full Version : Man I Can't Buy A Fish???
BigFish 07-17-2011, 07:17 PM Granted I have not gotten out nearly as much as I have in the past and most of my fishing has been from the kayak.....but I have not caught a yak fish yet this season????:bc: The only 3 fish I have caught all season came from the ditch the week before Memorial Day and they all came the same morning! Just a run of crap luck I guess?? I have not caught a fish in over a month and a half!!!!! I need a remedy or anti-skunk chant to turn things around??? Any suggestions???:wall::wall::wall:
Backbeach Jake 07-17-2011, 07:21 PM I'm 0-2 this season. Haven't been out in the yak even once. If it isn't the job it's the houses. Work work work. Next weekend after the yardwork, I'm on strike!
Pete F. 07-17-2011, 08:06 PM I'm glad I live in VT, I guess two trips this year so far and I have not seen the skunk.

Crest Daddy 07-17-2011, 11:33 PM I started skunkin a couple weeks back so i had to switch it up a bit. Started finding fish on the low incoming on the local beaches. Throwing bombers with teasers. Just got 4 fish tonight, 1 keeper, 3 shorts. I can't even tell you why they were there tonight, there was no bait anywhere.
piemma 07-18-2011, 12:28 AM It's slow in RI. Water is warm an it's gonna get warmer. Me, I am running South, fishing deep and waiting for the fall run.

Pete F. 07-18-2011, 03:03 PM I always bring a trained eel. If all else fails I can always send it out to find the fish.
must be those lures you're using - i'll drop you off some eels.
