OK - they had another blurb, supposedly T seen on ground in Springfield and later, same cell, supposedly seen in Western RI.

Looks like just simple crappy storm now.

Nothing, funnels but nothing on the ground. nexrad shows the storm WEAKENING as it comes towards the coast

Strong storm though...the cells along the shore were loud as hell even in Tiverton.

News had stated radar had picked rotation off of Charlestown - looks like Gatt's photo

Rumor has it that a twister touched down in Springfield, MA again with one dead.

I am from western mass, they are saying that funnel clouds were spotted from Northampton area to wilbraham/monson area. I did not hear of a death in springfield but i know that a motorcyclist was killed in pittsfield when a pole fell where he was riding. This was another intense storm that caused massive damage in western mass

The view from Tiverton just after the storm passed was really stunning. To the north the clouds had broken and there was a dramatic orange sunset against a blue sky . To the south there was the heart of the system with an angry sky and dramatic mix of tangled low level clouds. To the east was a strong rainbow anchored on both ends...

Had I had my camera I would have headed to the Fort Barton lookout for a panoramic photo.

Pretty intense, hail, winds, tragedy- in Western MA. But no tornado

Ifelt like I was trying to get off the Cape on 4th of July weekend yesterday @ 4. It took me two hours to get from Holyoke to Granby. Thats @ 7-10 miles. I saw many damaged houses along the way. Thank God my neighborhood got off easy again. Scary chit.

I was down on the boat when the storm came through. Lots of rain and few good gusts of wind, but nothing all that unusual.

Bad news though, hope they all had coverage.
