It certainly will go lower but there's high risk in trying to time the market. Investment at this point will likely pay off...

the "deal" they just striked...the country's AA credit rating, and anybody who has a 401K remnant left...and just the future in General..will only get worse after next few election cycles, from what I gather...

Rates were looking very nice today. The worse the markets the better for me if I can find some clients that actually qualify.

most of our fidelity brokerage account is cash now- waiting to pull the trigger. as spence said risk in trying to time it.

3.625 no points. Have another lender who may have been at 3.5 mbs finally traded down Friday but rates were still good
