I'm overwhelmed with all the thoughts, prayers and well wishes from all you- freinds and freinds i have'nt met yet. It means more than you can imagine to me.
I just got home and am really beat. I suffered a fairly mild heart attack- BIG WAKE UP CALL. I'll be down for a couple of weeks. but i'm going to be back better than new in the long run! Again thanks so much. God Bless.

Don, take care man.
It may have been a wake up call and you were given a second chance , but you are a smart guy and one of the best, you'll do fine I'm sure.
Rest up and take it easy rehabbing, do what they tell you and learn as much as you can to help yourself so it doesn't happen again :btu:
Glad you are home now
get your rest

I highly recommend the post HA physical rehab program. You start slow but by the end you'll feel in better shape than you,ve been in for 10 + years. Landmark in Woonsocket is very good.

You probably don't want to take any chances. Just give the plugs to me and I'll see to it that they bring you no bad karma.
