Or at least HONEST leadership!

According to FOX25, the state had a $460 million surplus for fiscal year 2011.

YET....the state is proposing cuts and layoffs and tax increases?

Deval "The A-hole" Patrick stated that he wants these funds to go to the state's "rainy day fund"

Or as we taxpayers know it as "The hack's wet-dream payday fund"

Instead of using these funds to better the state, our assinine governor wants to sit on these funds until HE deems they are needed for one of his pet projects or one of his "friends" (I.E. Willie Lantigua) needs a multi-million dollar handout!

Every year we hear about a state "surplus", but we poor lowly taxpayers never see or hear of it again!

What a scam!

You remember that governor in Ct. several years ago who pushed through the tax on wages. It was a nasty fight to say the least. The very next year he was given the "Profiles in Courage Award", at t he Kennedy library. Thats what Deval is angling for, to be the first african amercian profiles in courage award recipient.
