probably be a good platform for you and Linc to run on in an Obama primary challenge....Chaffee said he...ahhhh...he thinks....no....he feels as though.....it's possible...that he....he may indeed...but not for certain....and most likely could be available to be your running mate....unless he decides to take a helicopter ride or....shoe a horse....or....create jobs...or......go sailing ...or....something

those millions were tallied as waste not spending for a good reason

so ya have think ....of it as.... every 5 days -> every state could
get a surplus of 1,000,000.00 dollars for reparing roads
or what ever...

I'm sure Vermont could use it :uhuh:
